About Liza & FigureFit
Hi, I am Liza Kulik
I believe there is significant value in building proper physical literacy and a well-established mind-body connection to translate into various physical abilities – whether it be sport related, or personal fitness. The decisions you make and habits you build now can have life-long, sustainable effects for your mind and body.
After focusing 18 years of my life on training for competitive figure skating, I have decided to shift gears and use my extensive experience and knowledge to help both athletes and the general public to achieve their full, active potential. Today, my life is dedicated to creating a path to success backed by research, meaningful experience, and a well-established network of professionals. Through various positions, I grew my knowledge and tailored my expertise to curate reliable results.
In doing so, I aim to bridge the gap between recognizing and fulfilling complete athletic potential for people who just want to physically feel good, not only for those who strive to become successful figure skaters.
